UC Berkeley 49 – Berkeley, California – 2002

Did lots of things today.  I set up a checking account in Washington Mutual.  Simply because the Bank of America had all these requirements for free checking that I didn’t want to worry about.  Plus, I don’t need the ATMs that badly anyhow, I got enough cash to last me for a while, and there is an ATM machine, too, at the student store, which is in Berkeley campus I pass through anyway.  So that wasn’t a big deal.  I fixed my bike, finally fixed it anyway.  The day before, I had tried to fix it when I discovered 4 holes.  I didn’t want to bother patching that up.  So I had to buy an adjustable wrench to get the wheel out, then I put in the new tube I bought that day too.  Then I went to Merrill Lynch internship, went to the Post Office to mail Susan’s Korean CD I made and another letter to my mom for her bday on the 4th.  Then to the Calculus class, and came back home, went to small group.  We continued Genesis, and we discussed a lot about Sundays, the morality of men, what the days of creation means to us, about our definition of work, about different theories of creation, and evolution and the controversy thereof.  It was really good, but what was better was the talk with the cheese pizza sticks afterwards that David Lee bought for us.  I don’t know where he’s getting the money from, but I felt pretty guilty.  That was my dinner.  Came back home, nightly routine till 6 AM!  I don’t know what I did, but it was late.
