So it’s May, and you know what that means! Well, I don’t really know, but I’ve just been really busy. So now that I know I got into Haas, I’ve been working on my resume, fairly diligently, and I’m running out of ways to just say things. I went to Mike’s workplace to get some of it done today, and I’m 70 percent done. Now to work on the cover letter…
I’ve been busy with the whole getting into Berkeley thing. First there was the statement of intent to register, and the 100 dollar fee. So today after Biology class, I went running around. I shopped at Gap and student store and the bancroft clothing co, and got my brother some Cal shirts and a Haas shirt too. Then to the copy place to make copies of my DD-214 and my 2004 taxes for the state of residence proof I need to send in. Took a passport photo for Haas application, sent in my 3 transcripts from Whitney, Coastline, and Cerritos to Berkeley. I came back home, and filled out this long application for loans. It’s a 3 step process, and now I just gotta wait for Berkeley to clear it. Then I get an email from Haas saying if I want to be considered for summer financial aid I need to fill out this form and return it by the 13th, in 2 days! I did that on the same day just to make sure. I created my calmail email address for elkim@berkeley.edu, and with that I also created my thefacebook.com, too. I called to release my AP scores to Berkeley (15 bucks!)
