Same old English and Psychology classes. I love both of those classes, they’re filled with interesting facts I never knew before in my life and discussions that involve a few intelligent people willing to speak out. English class, we discussed Richard Rodriguez, a Mexican working class child that was so obsessed with education that he lost every other meaning of life till later in his years. Received an A- in my summary. Went to the post office, waited for 30 numbers of people to be processed before I went up, delivering a mail to Canada, of all places, for $1.15. They really need more people to work there… then I had 10 minutes to get to Psychology class half a mile away AND go to Fat Slice to get my dinner there. It took me 15, after running a good half mile in my slippers and 15 pound backpack. Psychology was interesting as usual. Did you know that in MIT, the students manipulated signed stimulus to the professor? The professor would move from spot spot in a room, and when he was in one spot, all the students would start nodding and paying attention, while if he was in the other spots, they would pretend to be uninterested. Pretty soon, the professor was teaching from one end of the hall without knowing why, until the students told him about it. Some experiments I now know about were pretty messed up…
