Did nothing but basically get ready for school, went to English class, then to Psychology class. I learned how the ear works, and it was pretty fascinating. Some things you just don’t learn in normal Biology classes… I’m not interested in any Biology not related to humans, and this class sure is a good escape from that. Some interesting things happened today. I rode my bike down Bancroft, then rolled through Sproul Plaza. I saw a cop making his way towards me, so I started to speed up, but he caught up to me and handed me a ticket. I was all thinking, ok, what did I do wrong now, I dismounted my bike as instructed on the signs, and I always do anyway, he better not give me some BS ticket about some law that is not posted. Turns out he gave me a ticket that said ‘THANK YOU for “Rolling through Berkeley”‘, ‘Present this Bike Safety Coupong at The Golden Bear Restaurant on Sproul Plaza for one free 12-oz canned soda.’ I felt like I had received a movie ticket after riding my car responsively. That was really cool. Then on the way back to Fat Slice, I saw a guy getting ticketed for riding his bike when he wasn’t supposed to. Then, at Fat Slice, I dropped a quarter. And guess what? That quarter rolled and stopped itself right on top of this other quarter that was already there. That was really really cool. Came back home, did my nightly routine, ate some dinner, got ready for tomorrow.
