Work today. I got there on time, got the janitor to open the door for me, and went to work. I brought my bible to read this time, instead of english books that I usually bring. Well, I’ve only done it once before and I brought my English book then. But I’ve never read so much of the Bible and understood a lot of it in one sitting. I read Ephesians and all of 1, 2 and 3 John, some of Philipians, read Jonah, a bit of Revelations, some John, and some Psalms. I liked the experience a lot, I can’t believe I am literally getting paid to serve the church and read the Bible and do whatever I want to do. Most of the time, which is anytime when there is a service going on, I am pretty much free to do whatever, except for random phone calls and drop ins. But when the service ends and a new one is about to start, that’s when things get a bit hectic, but nevertheless, it’s still pretty fun. My brother and his friend Marcus dropped by, and we had a pretty good time with lunch at Steve’s BBQ. Although the food wasn’t great, they kind of made up for it in quantity. Slept a bit, and watched Event Horizon with my brother on Sci Fi, and then watched the new Simpsons episodes with Marcus eating delicious food made by my brother, and had a good time.
