Status
Found out that I will be leaving for the Army on Wednsday, 22 May 02. Hotel on Tuesday evening, then ship out from the airport on Wedns. I’m excited yet nervous. I wasn’t expecting such a surprise. I guess this would mean that I need to pull up some of my plans. I can’t go to prom for sure now because I have to go to my drill on the 18th and 19th to take care of a lot of stuff that have been overlooked. Gotta get my unit changed, put on class A pins and rank, and bag up for training.
Class (probable grade) – todo
AP Computer Science (B) – Need to finalize the projects I’ve been working on and take a 35 question test that will take me 60-90 minutes. Can’t get a C, can’t get an A
AP Civics (A) – Need to do my current event, catch up some worksheets, and then take the final econ exam that everyone else will take on Comp day whenever I’m ready, which will take 35-45 minutes according to Mrs. Charmack
AP Calculus (B) – Don’t need to do anything, unless I want to do a quick project that can give me a better probably for getting a B. Otherwise, whatever is in the book now will be the letter for record.
AP Physics (C) – Can’t do anything to raise this up. Whatever it is now is whatever I get. Stupid Kunal made me get this C instead of B, but it’s ok.
AP English Lit (A) – Currently getting a 90, just need to do a simple project to show her I’m not going to just slack off and make everyone else feel jealous.
Independent Study – Multimedia (A) – Just need to shoot a couple scenes.
I don’t get to graduate, but I get my diploma. I already got Juna to get people to sign my yearbook when it comes out. So far, so good. Also need to take care of college boarding issues, CAP program administration. Plan is to leave on 22 May 02 and come back 21 July 02, or possibly even earlier, but I doubt that. Then I plan on leaving for Korea with my family for a few weeks before returning for college around mid-August. I’m probably forgetting something. Lots of organizing to do. I’m only glad I get to watch Star Wars II before i go. Yay
