HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! I can’t believe I called and you weren’t in such a great mood. I wish I could have done something to help, but I know I can’t. And I know you are fully aware of my intentions. Thank you for everything. My life is without regrets… I would never want to be anyone else in this world, because you are my mother. You mean everything to me, and it pains me so in sharing your burdens and worries. Trust in the Lord like you always have, and I will pray for your well-being.

Biked to West Oakland, to find out more information on the GI bill, the status of me chaging units, to try and acquire the notice of eligibility I need for my GI Bill, and see if I can get a new beret, too. I got my beret and my unit crests, all right, but the GI Bill, well, the notice of eligibility, won’t be available till my paperwork is fully completed, which will probably be in the next couple months. Biked back home, tried to meet up with Ms Henderson for scholarship information veterans may receive, but she was at a meeting indefinately, so I came back home, did some cleaning, and went to Fellowship with Stephen and Susan Kum. I sat with Jason and Danny, though, from small group, and it was an overall pretty good experience. Went to Tiffany’s house, then headed over to Wheeler Auditorium to watch Signs. Great movie starting Mel Gibson. I thought it was one of those movies that reflected how movies were made in the past, the ones that were so interesting, funny, scary, dramatic at the same time. Came back home.
