UC Berkeley 60 – Berkeley, California – 2002

Woke up at 9 to get to Art class.  On the way there on my bike, the back of my slippers got caught on the frame of the bike.  So my left foot was still trying to go down, and my right foot was trying to go right, but they couldn’t.  So then I lost balance, and well, naturally, I fell.  But I was thinking to myself in that short time, that it will be better if I fall hard than going fast and falling soft.  So I braked hard, which made me land hard, but at least I was able to decrease my speed from something like 20 to probably closer to 3 or 5.  Instead of scraped skin everywhere, I got bruises instead, and it should heal completely within the next 2 days.  But for now, showers really hurt.  Went to Art class a bit late, turned in the paper, and came back home during the break.  I was just so out of it.  Took a quick nap, and woke up a bit later.  Called Ahrum in Canada, had a quick talk and had some dinner.  Got some misc things taken care of, such as figuring out the bill for the next month’s rent, and changing the name of Pacific Gas and Electric Company to my name.  Mostly so I can have a bill to show to the Berkeley Public Library so I can get a library card there.  Talked to Sung for quite some time, then went to David Shin’s house for my yellow schedule calender planner thing I made… I had lost it during the last meeting.  For some reason, I ended up sleeping at 3, having talked to this chick online.
