Legged Land Navigation course. Got there a bit late, but we finished in time. My team, SGT Figueroa and PFC Engel, finished first and were the only ones that finished on time. We must have walked at least 4 or 5 miles trying to get from point to point. At first we got lost because we lost track of the roads. We got ourselves into a real mess when we got into the thorn bushes that cut us away like barbed wire. But it was afterwards that was really fun. We went on the rough terrain navigation course that I actually got to go in. What sucked was that one of the Humvees was broken, so it didn’t run too well. Had an awesome time driving it around. I must have knocked down a few trees here and there.
