Didn’t do much today, just went over the Arabics course that Engel taught us a little with. It was pretty interesting, but like every other language I try to learn, it’s been through one ear out the other. Then hand and arm signals for vehicle movements. Slept for about an hour when I wasn’t supposed to but it wasn’t a big deal. I have no idea what I did after lunch, but I know we ran with our flak vests on for 2.5 miles to the gym. That was one of the toughest runs I’ve run, and my shins are still feeling it.
